This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartment is located in the town of Podstrana by the sea. Apartment is 9 kilometers from center of the town Split, and 25 kilometers of airport. Apartman has a full capacity of 6 people. It has a fully equiped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms, of which one is an on-suite with king size bed and a balcony and a seaview. The unit also comes with air condition, TV , free wi-fi, free parking lot for guests. The apartment is situated 100 meters from supermarket, two restaurants and 50 meters from the bus station.

Apartment No.2 is located on the first floor and it have 70m2. It consists of two large bedrooms with nightstands and a TV, and on the right side are one bathroom and one toilet. The beautiful kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The spacious living room consists of comfortable couches and large screen TV. From the living room you come out to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. All rooms have air conditioning.
