ETHNO HOUSE NBN is located in the village of Limljani, between Lake Skadar and the Adriatic Sea.It is 6 km way from the small town of Virpazar , 12km from the well known seaside resort of Sutomore,and 22 km from the Podgorica airport. The home has a kitchen,WC and separated shower,a large bedroom with 3 beds that can sleep 5 people,baby bad, Wi- Fi,outdoor pool ( from 1st june to 1st october) porch with patio furniture overlooking lush gardens, vineyards and mountains that encircle the village.

Our accommodation Orahovo cottages are offering accommodation with terrace,kitchen and free wi fi in Virpazar.Every cottage has a balcony,air condition,flat screen tv and its own bathroom with hair dryer,and also living and dining room.Every cottage has its own parking space. Skadar lake is situated 1,5 km away from our location,and is famous for its beauty, and many possibilities and hobbies,such as canoeing,bird watching,boat excursions etc. The closest airport is Podgorica 24km away from us.

Das 300 Jahre alte Haus liegt in einem Dorf in der Nähe des Nationalparks Skutarisee, 15 km von der Hauptstadt Podgorica und 45 km von Budva entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Weinbergen und Wiesen. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, Fußballtore, etc. Die Verbindungstreppe zwischen den Stockwerken ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Es stehen neben dem Doppel- (160cm) noch zwei Ausziehbetten (140cm) zur Verfügung.

The Island of Prevlaka

The facility is located in the heart of the Skadar Lake National Park, overlooking the first Montenegrin capital. It has terraces on each side of the building, with a view of the lake. As part of the large terrace with the most beautiful view of the lake, there is also a barbecue with accompanying equipment. The facility itself is located a few tens of meters from the lake where there is a pier with boats. Although it is located in untouched nature, the facility provides complete comfort.

Villa Cabernet has 35 sq meters, 1 king size bed, sofa bed, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom.

Zen House

Dodoši is a small village located on the bed of the Skadar Lake. The village is enriched in nature as well as flora and fauna that can reach any individual that visits this oasis of peace. Some things to know is that Dodoši doesn’t have a store or an ATM in the near vicinity. The closest town is Cetinje which 30km away. If you are in need of relaxation, mindfulness or just wanna get out of the city this is a place for you. -Zen House

Bungalow 1

Ethno village Skadar Lake is located on the river Moraca river in Skadar Lake, built in the traditional manner of ethnic village. We have a total of 7 wooden houses. Of which there are 5 houses for a maximum of 4 persons and 2 houses for a maximum of 8 persons (two bedrooms and a living room). All houses have free parking, free WI-FI, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini bar as well as kitchen (kitchen is suitable for tea, coffee). If necessary we can provide a crib and a baby chair.

The only house that is on lake shore, on perfect place for you to explore the lake and its region (only 1km from village Vranjina and 5km from Virpazar, 20km from seacost). Perfect place to stay and enjoy after active day. On the terrace you can relax and enjoy in the untouched nature and beautiful view.
