St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village that has all the amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

Please know that this house is my primary residence. She has seen my children grow up. I put a lot of heart and energy into restoring it and I continue to maintain it as best I can. Upon entering my house, you should be seduced by the charm of the old and discover my decoration, my photos... I am betting that you will take care of my house as if it were your own, that you will enjoy this place with pleasure. I am rarely at home.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for a small family. Close to the vineyards, on the wine route in a very quiet area and the possibility of beautiful walks. Next to beautiful medieval towns to visit (Saint-Macaire, Bazas, Langoiran, Rions, Cadillac...) 25 minutes from Lake Hostens, the train to Bordeaux is 600 m from the house. And an hour from the beaches of the Bassin.
