A modern barn located in the buffer zone of the Biebrza National Park, in the Natura 2000 area, near the Biebrza River. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can admire nature here without leaving the house. Thanks to the glazing of the entire facade (18 m), a "living image" is observed - a 24-hour spectacle of nature. Depending on the season, you can follow the Biebrza floodplain, the flight of geese and cranes, the feeding grounds of beavers, the hunting of falcons, the fox, the walk of the elk, the goat and many other animals from the couch/bathtub/bed.

Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

A 1300 m2 fenced plot provides our guests with safety, privacy, and relaxation surrounded by nature. The cottage is located 80 km from Warsaw on the S8 route. A patio with sun loungers, a grill, and a large table. Year-round private hot tub without restrictions payable extra upon request 300 per stay . We accept pets for an additional fee of 50 zł for one pet .

Habitat on the Hill at the Narew River

The all year house is located in the village Ruś, at the southern end of the Biebrza National Park. It is situated on a hill, by the Narew River, with a beautiful meadows and backwaters view. It is large area (over one and a half hectares), with a grove and two ponds - one is full of beautiful carps, roaches and tenches, the other one can be used for swimming. In a beautifully decorated house with oak floor you will find six bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace room.

The 200m2 house is located in a small, quiet village with 20 people. Built in 1946 and modernized in 2019, it maintains a traditional feel. The house has central heating and at the same time retains a rural character, giving the opportunity to warm up to traditional tiled and clay furnaces. A spacious country-style kitchen with classic “English” is also equipped with all modern furnishings. The spacious orchard view porch will provide full relaxation.

The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts.
