With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Free wifi and a 42" LED Smart TV. The bedroom is located up a short set of steep stairs.

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks
