The 100 sqm house, for the exclusive use of guests (max 8 people), is located 500 m from the Bug river. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is already a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered veranda of 20m2. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 sleeping places (a bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The house is comfortable for 2 families.

It is characterized by silence and the surrounding nature. The entire property is covered with trees, so there are plenty of mushrooms in autumn. Bison and foxes are frequent guests on the property. The equipment includes a sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi (extra charge), a fire pit, bicycles, a volleyball court, a trampoline and what the area has to offer - close proximity to the Bug, bicycles, forests...
