My place is in Gouarec, a pretty town in the heart of Brittany, on the Nantes-Brest Canal, the Voie Verte 6 & 7 cycling routes & forests. All with miles of cycling & walking. The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. You’ll love my place because "Bon Repos" is modern bright & airy & is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, inc. bedding & towels

"La DAYA" Farmhouse

Between land and sea: Old 18th century farmhouse. Cottage rented for touristic purposes. Spacious, renovated and equipped, to comfortably accommodate 4 people, bright and pleasant with all the comforts necessary for your stay. At the edge of a wood in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside. Numerous hiking trails. Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, tobacco press, doctor etc...). 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan - 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. A peaceful and refreshing setting awaits you!

À proximité, nature préservée et villages de caractère complètent cette parenthèse romantique. Un refuge parfait pour se retrouver à deux.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck, otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise or light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Short break in Fisel country

Ideal for taking a short break when you're visiting the area, we offer our renovated caravan sheltered under a wooden bark carport. Located in the countryside while being close to amenities, (2 km from the city center and 700 m from the supermarket) you will be quiet and can enjoy very nice walks from our home. It's good old-fashioned simplicity, but we'll do our best to satisfy you. I look forward to welcoming you.

Studio at "Le Rouquin Qui Roule"

A studio on the side of our house (independent entrance). There are 2 single beds, which can stand side by side to form a large double bed. There is also a 3rd mattress on the floor. Terrace with hammock and lovely sunsets! Free parking place next door. Le Bourg de Rostrenen is a 3 min drive, 10 min by bike, 30 min walk. Fairly steep Japanese step ⚠️ stairs and dry toilet (segregated).

Gîte near Lake Guerlédan

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

Ground floor - Gîtes de Botplançon, Pays de Guerlédan

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).

Fully renovated T2 on the first floor of an old house in Rostrenen. The home is very bright, with the small town of Rostrenen on the kitchen side and on the living room and bedroom side a magnificent green setting. Rostrenen is located in the heart of Brittany about 1 hr drive from major cities such as Lorient or Saint Brieuc, 1.5 hours from Brest or Rennes...
