Vous trouverez toutes les commodités à 300 m du logement ( supermarché ,pharmacie) et le centre ville de Saint-Brieuc a 5 minutes à pieds ( un arrêt de bus se situe dans la rue) le port de plaisance de Saint-Brieuc est à 10 minutes a pieds.
