The modern half-timbered house near the beach is the ideal vacation home for all 4 seasons. It was built in 2017, furnished to a high standard and equipped with great attention to detail. The beautiful garden with 3 terraces, playground, barbecue area, lounge, beach chair, sun loungers and outdoor hot tub (37.5°C) with wooden deck offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. This cosy, simply furnished, 60 sqm country house apartment is located in the middle of the landscape conservation area. It is located on the 1st floor with beautiful views. A sports room and a communal terrace are available and for children pony rides at an extra cost. In addition, the Hochmoor is suitable for long walks or jogging laps. The A 23 can be reached in 4 minutes by car and from there you can quickly get to Hamburg. The third sleeping place is on the sofa with sleeping topper.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Quiet and cosy apartment, in the country side, ideal for nature lovers (hiking, biking) and golf players. Located next to Boostedt's nature woods, 5 golf courses nearby (Aukrug, Gut Bissenmoor, Gut Krogaspe, Gut Wensin). Close to the Designer Outlet Center. Also perfect for fair visitors and exhibitors in the Holstenhalle. Good connection to the motorway A7. Cheaper prices for longer stays and special offers for bookings more than 2 weeks . The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping/living area, is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed! The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy a place right on the beach and "in the heart of Timmendorf" in our apartment and jump right into the water after an extensive breakfast, cycle along the coast or stroll through our town.
