Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, without a view, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

In between

Centrally located in the heart of Brittany you will stay in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of the valley and on an 8 minute walk of the Petite cite de caractere Guemene sur Scorff. This recently remodeled house is part of a longère. It is spacious and characteristic designed by an interior architect. A cozy space with a woodburner, a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. And on top of it of you will sleep in alcove in a 180 x 200 box spring.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Our cottage, located in the picturesque village of Guémené-sur-Scorff, welcomes you for a stay in the heart of Brittany. Ideal for 4 people, can accommodate 5. Comfortable and warm accommodation: Enjoy a fully equipped, recently renovated cottage, ideal for couples or families. Cozy atmosphere and everything you need to feel good. Located in a small pedestrian alley, you will find peace and quiet just a stone's throw from shops and restaurants.

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Old farmhouse at the end of a dead end lane, on more than1 ha of countryside. Comfortable cottage with mini farm: goat, pig, chickens, goose, pony, donkey and horses, to feed if you want! Ideal for exploring the region (Auray, Carnac, Quiberon...). Master bedroom (bed 160), bathroom/wc, dressing room. Garden not fenced. Linens provided, bed made. Label Gîte de France. Cleaning to be done or flat rate: €40/stay or €20/1 night.

Ground floor - Gîtes de Botplançon, Pays de Guerlédan

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).

Our Essential "Living"

Nestled on a 1.6 hectare property you will discover a pond, a vegetable garden ,a flowered park,our animals (dogs, cats, biquettes ,chickens) but also ruins and a piece of wasteland all bordering a creek ,for adventurers. The cottage is totally independent with its entrance , parking, garden with terrace, fenced
