The Gîte de Lancanaff near Bréhat

Le gîte de Marie-Pierre est situé à Pleubian, à l'extrémité de la presqu'île sauvage de Lézardrieux, entre Paimpol et Perros Guirec, tout près de l'île de Bréhat. La mer est toute proche ! On se rend en quelques minutes à pied sur la grève dominée par la jolie maison phare de Port La Chaîne. Un paysage toujours différent, variant au gré des marées, des heures de la journée et de la météo dont on ne se lasse pas ! De là, vous pouvez explorer les rochers à marée basse où randonner sur le GR34... Possibilité de louer des vélos au bourg.

In the heart of Pleubian (classified as Monuments of France) , "La baleine en bois" is a charming typical Breton little house, made of stone, recently renovated. On the ground floor, a comfortable living room. On the 1st floor, a well-equipped kitchen and a small shower room. On the 2nd floor, A rooftop bedroom accessible by an old spiral staircase (unsuitable access for people with mobility problems). Shops. Beaches 1 km. Charm guaranteed by the sea. Linen not included.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

Modern house 1,5 km from the Sea

Vous allez adorer cette très belle maison en bois à 1,5 km de la plage et du GR34, dans une impasse calme, dans un jardin arboré, au coeur du petit bourg de Pleubian ! La maison orientée au sud est très lumineuse avec ses nombreuses ouvertures. La maison se démarque par son confort et sa grande fonctionnalité, mais aussi par sa déco moderne et unique, réalisée en grande partie par Nathalie, la propriétaire, Artiste-Sculptrice.

Beautiful step-free house

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, beautiful single-story house of 103m2 bright . Spacious and well laid out house , quietly located. The house has two bathrooms , three bedrooms including one with private bathrooms . The house is at least 700 meters from the village with many shops and 1.8km from the beaches . There is the possibility of renting bicycles 50 meters from the cottage.
