There are also 3 private entrances (with no neighbours) giving to a terrace and a big garden . Parking- lot. Beautiful landscapes ..... Fisherman's house with superb sea view from all rooms (except one bedroom) that can accommodate 6 people. Spacious living room with an exceptional sea view on one side and on the other side a view and access to the terrace and the garden. 3 bedrooms on the floor with double bed. Locquemeau and its small fishing port is located 10 who from Lannion and 20 km/h from the Pink Granite Coast. Shops and restaurants nearby. There are also several hiking trails from the house.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.
