Espacio amplio y sereno (dos pisos). Vista al mar, pasos de playa , el ruido de olas serán el ambiente que tendras mientras disfrutas la cocina, la alberca y dos sofás, dentro de una terraza con ventanales, podrán dormir hasta dos personas adicionales, el cuarto de la alberca no tiene AC pero cuenta con abanico. La recamara tiene AC , balcón con hermosa vista al mar. De forma esporádica, la CFE puede realizar cortes de luz en la zona. Es un problema temporal y fuera de nuestro control.
