Casa Oceanside is a cute concrete bungalow about 80 meters from the sand, situated in an approximately 1,7 acre tropical garden with a variety of wildlife, that can be seen daily. The waves that break in front of our house are perfect for beginners.

Casa Cucula - is awesome! Walk to the surf.

Come enjoy a little local flavor in this new custom home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the beach or into town, and it's airy, spacious open floor plan is a comfortable place to relax. We came to Pavones and absolutely fell in love.
