Gemütliches Studio-klimatisiert- mit großem, schön angelegtem Garten und solarbeheiztem Pool, gelegen in einer ruhigen Privatstrasse in Mácher. Zentral wohnen, mit dem Supermarkt gleich nebenan und dennoch für sich sein, nach einem tollen Ausflugstag bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse sitzen, oder ein paar Bahnen im solarbeheizten Pool ziehen... so könnte der Urlaub sein! :) Und wer arbeiten muss, kann das im neuen, eigenen Büro direkt am Pool tun. Schnelles WLAN ist selbstverständlich.

This is a beautiful and relaxing villa with 3 on-suites bathrooms, an incredible fully fitted kitchen and a huge lounge area, (almost 150 meters of space) tastefully furnished for your comfort. Peaceful and harmonius the garden is mature and immaculately kept with the wind rustling the palm trees. Incredible panoramic views of the sea and volcanic mountains. The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
