The environment invites tranquility and relaxation, to enjoy long walks or bike rides along the beach and its surroundings. A two-minute walk to the beach and Playa Honda promenade. A five-minute walk from a nice shopping mall with a supermarket, shops, pharmacy, cafes, and a movie theater. Parking is available on the street and generally at the apartment door. Non-tourist area where you can mix with locals and local restaurants.

We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.
