Recycled apartment in front of the Rambla in the HEART OF DOWNTOWN! It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. A crib can be added. Air conditioning in the living room. Stairs must be climbed to access. All services within 1 block: supermarket, exchange, pharmacy, dentist, collection network, shops, service station, pub, cyber, restaurant, cafeteria and ice cream parlor, bank and of course our beautiful promenade! Ocean view apartment, excellent location, facing the sea, 2 blocks from the port. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with 49" smart TV and 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, capacity for 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! We DO NOT leave bed linens or towels. If required, it is $5 per person for the entire stay. It is on the first floor by stairs
