Welcome to this magnificent penthouse with panoramic views that has it all! Newly renovated and in top condition! A spacious corner apartment with a large living room and two large bedrooms, where all rooms have access to the generous terrace, facing southwest. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, both with a shower with a "waterfall" feature. As soon as you enter this penthouse, you will see the beautiful sea view. The spacious living room is flooded with light from a full window wall with all-glass French doors leading out to the terrace. The living room has a large sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs and a dining area for up to 6 people. The living room has a large (55-inch) Smart TV with built-in Chromecast. From the living room, you enter the kitchen, which also has a large, all-glass French door leading out to the terrace.
