With a harmonious layout that enhances light, views, and comfort, and a decoration that accompanies the climate of peace and quiet surroundings, this two bedroom apartment is an energetic oasis in which to charge batteries in front of the sea. Harmonizing energy in the layout and decoration, enhancing light,views and comfort has been our top priority. Feel it. The enclave is unique, direct beach access from the complex itself will bring you closer to contact with nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only be able to see the sea but also hear it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi refrigerator, four-base induction hob, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, iron for grilling, and kitchenware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing…) And for nature lovers the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world making it worthy of the qualification of “miniature continent”. Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments. A 10-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively. In short,Sun and beaches, Culture and sports, History and nature, Tradition and avant-garde, Leisure, fun and excellent cuisine, is what our island offers throughout the year, with an average annual temperature of 24º. I am an open and outgoing person with various interests, willing to share my favorite corners of the island and the best restaurants. On the beachfront, the apartment has direct access to the sea through its generous common areas with swimming pool.

We are located on the front line in Playa de Arguineguin, a fishing village and without doubt one of the most charming and picturesque southern Gran Canaria places. Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

GRAN CANARIA 🏝️"StrawberryBeach forever" 120 square meter apartment, located on the cliff, in a safe and quiet area! At night you can see the city lights. We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
