The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a very bright flat, and well located. It is on the main avenue in Fuengirola (Ramón y Cajal), 1st floor and it has lift and air conditioning (cool/heat) in the living room and bedrooms. TV with English channels in addition to national Spanish channels (some Spanish channels also have English audio).Separate kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. Living room with large terrace overlooking gardens and patio with terrace.

Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €).
