House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family just 500m from Bolnuevo beach! Very nice communal pool with an ideal temperature for bathing even in September and October. Possibility of free parking in the courtyard and on the street. The house has been recently renovated and furnished, so the mattresses, linens, towels and other furnishings are completely new.

This apartment was renovated in July 2022. The beach is only 2 minutes walking from the house. It has a solarium very functional and modern. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is a large wonderful terrace to get a tan and relax. It has also an awning so you can choose sun or shadow every day. Wifi, alarm, tv, air conditioner, etc,.

Nice newly renovated house in one of the quietest areas of Puerto de Mazarrón, two minutes from the beach. Ideal for vacations as a family or with friends. With three bedrooms, an attic (available for more than 7 guests), three bathrooms, and a private pool. The ground floor has air conditioning and the rooms have ceiling fans. The perfect place to unwind.
