Apartamento esta un complejo muy tranquilo con piscina, en la Urb. Matagorda de Puerto del Carmen. A 500 m. de la Playa,de un centro comercial y un paseo marítimo con carril bici de más de 16 KM, que une distintas localidades de la costa. Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
