Très belle maison idéalement située à 100 mètres de la superbe plage d'Elviria et à 5mn des commerces. Piscine privée, beau jardin fleuri et arboré de 3000m². 3 chambres et 3 salle de bains. Parking dans la propriété. Notre maison est éco-responsable et nous invitons nos voyageurs faire attention à l'environnement en utilisant respectusement les ressources de la planète comme l eau ou l'électricité (en éteignant la climatisation quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes par exemple) 🌏 ménage non inclus

Traumhafte und grosszügige Strandwohnung - direkt am Strand von Elviria - einer der besten und Strände von Marbella!!! Unzählige Strandrestaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Lauflage. Auch Supermärkte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern- einem grossen Wohn-Essbereich und überdachter Terrasse mit Blick über den Garten aufs Meer. Die Terrasse hat Südausrichtung, was viel Sonne garantiert, im Sommer allerdings etwas weniger,weil die Sonne hoch steht.
