The apartment has a terrace, a bathroom with a tub, an equipped kitchen (without an oven), and an interior bedroom with a double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. A few meters away is the shopping center, which has restaurants, shops and leisure activities. And an extensive park to walk, play soccer or basketball. A very quiet place to spend a few days relaxing.

Bright and cozy apartment between Playa Chica and Cabezo beach, 3 min walk from the beaches and 5 min walk from the center of El Medano. Nice balcony with side views to two beaches and front view to the peak of mount Teide. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Cradle available. New and equipped kitchen. Near the apartement there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, medical center, dentist... Very quiet building and without noise, ideal for rest.

My nice and familiar apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat in delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, practice water sports or simply lie on the sand.
