This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Apartment a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view of the Red Mountain of La Tejita. The apartment has a terrace, a bathroom with a tub, an equipped kitchen (without an oven), and an interior bedroom with a double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. A few meters away is the shopping center, which has restaurants, shops and leisure activities. And an extensive park to walk, play soccer or basketball. A very quiet place to spend a few days relaxing.

La Tejita Beach House

Bright friendly cottage surrounded by greenery with its own style. In the newly renovated apartment you have space to relax, cook and eat and work in the home office. Enjoy the sunset on the cozy terrace with couch. From the double bed you can see and hear the sea. The longest and most beautiful natural beach in Tenerife is right outside the front door- 5 minutes walk to the water. You also have an 8-minute walk to the Tejita Center with restaurants and supermarket.

Comfortable apartment on the beach.

2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces overlooking Mount Teide, parking and a semi-heated pool (heated 2 or 3° with solar panels). Very quiet area, a shopping mall right across the street with restaurants and a supermarket open 7 days a week. La Tejita beach is 500 meters away, and there is a park with swings for the kids and to take a nice walk. Both my hostess Betty and I will be happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
