With your reservation we offer private parking in the building's garage, ideal for summer. ¡Apartamento newly renovated! The apartment is divided into two floors: the lower floor has a bedroom with direct access to the terrace, a sink, kitchenette, dining room, living room and a long terrace. The top floor has a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a toilet, a desk area and a nice terrace with outdoor shower area, intimate and with hot water. The client must pay in cash the tourist tax upon arrival. (1€ per person over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights). For your information, this apartment is not the one indicated for groups of young people who want to party, these being totally forbidden inside the apartment and in the common areas (garden, pool, etc.). We are confident that young guests interested in enjoying a pleasant stay in our apartment will maintain polite behavior, respecting both the property and the coexistence with the other neighbors. Any conduct disrespectful or contrary to the rules may result in immediate action, including the cancellation of the reservation and the eviction of the accommodation without the right of refund. Baby cot and high are provided- It is possible to charge electric cars in the street next to the apartment.
