Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. The apartment is located in the new Seaview reserve of El Higueron near the trainstation of Carvajal. This unique place has a style all its own. Incredible seaviews and carefully selected interior design. The location can not be better as the trainstation is a 1 minute walk away. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10mins walk. Guests should be aware there is a short but relatively steep hill to walk up from the train station to the entrance

It has privet parking that is indoors and has its own elevator access from the apartment for a little extra privacy. The beach and stores are 1 kilometer away aprox. Renting a car is recommended.
