Chic Cozy & Quiet near the beach

Situated in a very quiet area, just 10 minutes' walk from the beach, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the good climate of Puerto Rico city, with its well-equipped beaches, shopping centres and nightlife. The complex's swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, tables and parasols for spending pleasant days outdoors. There is a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away and a mini-market in the hotel opposite. The Amadores Beach can be easily reached on foot along the scenic promenade.

Mira Sunshine Suite

Mira Sunshine Suite is a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace looking onto the beach of Playa Del Cura. The apartment is newly renovated and completely equipped. It has one double bed and two single beds. There are comfortable sunbeds on the terrace and an acclimatized swimming pool in the complex. There is air-conditioner, wifi, smart TV, and a private garage. The beach is 5 min walk (with elevator). The golf course is close. Playa del Cura beach is one of the nicest beaches.

Modern holiday apartment with heated pool

The house has three apartments with separate entrances that share a cozy common area with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. This is apartment S. Please see the pictures for details. To rent all the apartments together, or rent one of the other apartments, see “Ghirmai's listings” on my profile. 3 min drive or 15 min walk with spectacular views to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Amadores beach. 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets.

Excellent fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in Puerto Rico Alto, Gran Canaria. Complex "Scorpio" in the upper part of town with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and the town. Very quiet area. Complex with common pool and elevator. Nearby there is a Shopping Center with supermarkets and shops. Parking on the public road. The nearby beaches (Amadores, Puerto Rico) are located about 5 minutes with taxi transport and 20-25 minutes walking (taxi rank very close).

Newly renovated villa with generous spaces and great pool. The house is a luxury place with multiple spots for rest, fun and enjoy a stress free vacation. The house is equipped with all essentials, including a heated pool, huge outdoor chill out area, BBQ, billiard and tennis table. We also have prepared sport equipment, toys and kids playground. Two parking spots are available in the garage. The villa went through a substantial renovation in 2023.

Apartment with ocean view, Wi-Fi

This apartment is situated in Playa de Amadores. The apartment is lovely and a nice sun terrace, the view spectacular, a nice stroll down the hill is not as challenging as it looks to the beach, but would recommend a taxi up for around 3 Euros. The beach area is beautiful with restaurants, bars, shops.
