Beach front, great location, steps from the beach!

Beautiful ocean front Villa right on the beach, inside a gated Condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzi, snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach area of Cancun hotel zone. Supermarket, shopping malls and variety of restaurants in the other side of the road. You can´t be closer to the beach! Wifi, Ac, balcony and a patio facing the ocean. Parking lot, tennis court, bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price).

It's a budget friendly choice when you don't want to spend lots of money in all inclusive resorts. 3 minutes taxi ride to Coco Bongo, 18 minutes walk distance. 3 minutes taxi ride to Isla Mujeres Ferry, 18 minutes walk distance. 30 minutes to Cancun International Airport. Beautiful and large swimming pool. Amazing views to the Lagoon and Hotel Zone strip from the swimming pool area. Super Comfy King Size bed with premium bedding.

ITS IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND MODERN WITH AND INCREDIBLY VIEW OF THE SEA AND THE LAGOON JUST THERE IN THE SAME AREA ARE RESTAURANTS, BARS,AND CANCUN NIGHT LIFE. 4 BEDS FOR 8 PEOPLE,AIR CONDITIONING, T,V, WIFI AND A LITTLE KITCHEN EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE CONDOMINUM HAS A POOL, A LITTLE GYM , SPA SERVICES AND A CAFETERIA. CONVENIENCE STORE IS LOCATED A FEW METERS AWAY AND A BIG SUPERMARKET .

The Loft is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the barbecue, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening ;)

Comfortable and simple apartment

simple and pleasant holiday apartment is on the second floor. It has a convenient location close to beaches, Antros bar area (10 min by bus) , pharmacies, supermarket, convenience stores and exchange houses. You will enjoy a beautiful and relaxing view of a beautiful lagoon where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The apartment does not have a pool but only a 5-minute walk away you will find the beach with crystal clear shallow waters.

Brand new apartment, fully equipped for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 9th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea. Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), "Walmart Express" supermarket, many malls, restaurants and cafeterias. The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a large underground parking.
