Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.

The ground floor of the house has a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining room and access to the terrace and sundeck by the pool. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with double beds and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms have access to a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the olive groves, mountains and the sea in the distance.

Newly built stone villa with a swimming pool, 500 metres from the beach, barbecue, parking for three cars, in a quiet area! The villa is a 5-star property, 200 m2 in size, and includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms and one shared toilet. There are two shops in the village, and a beautiful beach is a 7-minute walk away. The beach has a blue flag and crystal clear waters. The host speaks English.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxury spot in nature with a panoramic view. Stone House Baracchi is an old stone house completely renovated in 2023. In front of the house there is a large swimming pool 14.50 meters long and 65 m2 in size. The house has a 5500 m2 yard. The first beach is 10 km away, while the tourist center Rabac with beautiful beaches is 20 km away.
