LoveJoy's Cottage will provide you a welcome escape from your normal daily bustle. We brought old world elegance into a comfortable setting. You will have a large fully tiled residence consisting of foyer, kitchenette, living room, King bedroom, to equally large bathroom w/bathtub for 2. Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Streaming svc only, not live TV.

Enjoy the view of Manhattan from our quiet hilltop two bed/1 bath basement suite with a private entrance, your own thermostat, free Wi Fi, full bath with tub/shower and a room with mini fridge, microwave and TV . Onsite parking with stone steps leading to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley. Guests access the separate space with self check in. Please note the owners live upstairs.

Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boards, 2-person canoe, floats & fishing poles are available. 1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress rollaway (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your use. Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced off backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of the main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Restaurants close by. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple steps.

Private suite located on the lower level of our home, with direct entry through the garage via key code. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.
