The studio offers a unique panoramic view of the fascinating Bernese Alps. The studio features two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed). Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
