The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Close to the sea, several restaurants and 1 km from the supermarket, the location is amazing: less than 50 meters away there is Playa Les Deveses, a small, quiet and uncrowded beach. For 4 adults and 1 kid, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

It is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and two sunny terraces. The garden has direct access to the beach. It is on the third floor without a lift. Check-in time is from 5:00 p.m.
