The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. For 4 adults and 1 kid, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

Places of interest: The wild sandy beach is about 150 meters from the house. Places of interest in the area are the Marjal de Pego Oliva Natural Park, about 3 km away. Our apartment has beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and a large garden with a swimming pool. It is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and two sunny terraces. The garden has direct access to the beach. It is on the third floor without a lift.
