Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

It is one of the two independent guest houses of a house located in the settlement of Agia Pelagia (going south) which is not adjacent to other houses. It also has a sea view veranda and a 2nd veranda facing the sea and the mountain. It accomodates easily 4-6 persons.
