The house consists of 3 rooms, including 1 double and 1 triple with a shared bathroom and 1 double suite room with a private bathroom with a whirlpool (170-70). Possibility to take the entire property or just one room. The price is for the whole house. From the residence you can admire a breathtaking landscape with views that speak of stories and nature and that special light that only Magolà can give.

The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

The house is an old southern Italian villa, located in a rural area next to Badolato’s old village. The location is still used as a winery by our family. You will appreciate the wonderful view of the medieval village, the Ionian Sea, the surrounding vineyards, while also experiencing the authentic southern Italian lifestyle.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
