Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Belmont house is a very fine southwest facing listed Georgian house with original features positioned on a quiet road. Flat 3 forms a large part of the first floor, it is very bright and inviting offering a high degree of privacy while giving lovely elevated views at the front and rear of trees and rooftops. There are working shutters on the windows. The Queen size bed is extremely comfortable and has high quality cotton bed linen. There is a zero tolerance policy to smoking or vaping!.
