Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Saint Laurent de la mer is a residential area by the sea. Located 5 km from Saint-Brieuc train station and 3 km from Le Légué. The 35 m2 studio is less than 30 meters from Bleuets beach and the GR34. Refurbished, you have a comfortable living room with a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a south-facing terrace. You have all the linen at your disposal. Only 1 four-legged companion is accepted, if well trained and kept on a lead around the house.
