28 m² apartment, air-conditioned, right by the water, with exceptional 180° sea view, with the Embiez on the left, the coves opposite, the bay of Bandol and Sanary on the right, and every evening, the magical sunset show... Located in a gated residence with private outdoor pool, open in season, access to the sea 100 m from the residence. Boules courts, children's playground, direct access to the port and local shops. The Six-Beach is a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, ideally located 3 minutes' walk from the sea and beaches, between Sanary and Le Brusc. New and air-conditioned, fully equipped, it is close to shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking in the building. Beautiful bike path along the sea. Cleaning is included in the price.
