Beautiful apartment, Furnished tourist property classified, very nicely decorated by the furniture and paintings made by the owner. On the ground floor, a large living room crossed by a beautiful light thanks to the bays overlooking 2 East/West gardens. On the welcoming and sunny terrace, lulled by the echo of the sea, you can enjoy moments of relaxation, not to mention the aperitif bathed in the mild evening sun. Remarkable beach 200m walk. Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

"Les Villas Majolie" for an exceptional vacation in Sainte-Marine. The contemporary villa "13 Ocean" is located between the port and the beaches. Leave your car and do everything on foot: you are 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and about ten minutes from the beaches. Heated indoor pool, games, toys, books… terraces, fire pit are at your disposal. The interior is neat, the bedding is of hotel quality and the environment is very quiet. Fully enclosed garden.
