We are 10 min drive from the American River, half hour from Lakes Folsom/Clementine, and an 1.5 hours from Tahoe. Our downtown location means we are 1/4 mile from the freeway, with some ambient noise when outside. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home.

Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.
