Villa Cocoon, located 900 m from the beach and the center of La Baule. Everything on foot or by bike (2). Beautiful small atypical fully equipped luxury home for two people. Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, combined oven, and integrated percolator coffee maker. The bed is on the mezzanine. This one has a very low ceiling, it's always warm! Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. Direct access to the heated pool and hammam. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

We offer a bright one-story villa with a spa bath (bathroom) and sunny garden. The beaches, the wild coast, the supermarket, the harbor with shops and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

Relax in this spacious and quiet, almost new (2020) home. Located less than 500 meters from the beaches, 700m from the Port, this house offers all amenities. Fiber connection (wire) in all the rooms. Terraces equipped in summer. Fully-equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom on the ground floor. Good bedding (partly new), library area. Linens are provided. Small villa in the centre of La Baule but quiet because it is set back from a small street. You have your private parking and everything is within walking distance: market (every day, except Monday in winter), shops and beaches. The house is on one level with a small garden . The beds are made for your arrival , the towels are there , all you have to do is unpack your luggage and enjoy!
