This old and atypical house, very colorful and ideally located on the port, will welcome you on its 125m² between the first and second floor. From all rooms, beautiful view of the port and the sea, very beautiful location, 100 meters from the beaches. The house is in the heart of Piriac-sur-mer, a small authentic seaside village that smells good in Brittany. On site, no need to take your car, all the shops are nearby on foot. The market and the beaches too.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
