Our Villa consists of two queen size bedded rooms one of which contains an en-suite. It has an additional main bathroom ( outside of the bedroom ) and an outdoor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The living room consists of a built in sofa which can accommodate for 1 Guest. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy a warm cooked meal whilst indulging in your daily swim.

The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

Βρίσκεται κοντά στις ωραιότερες παραλίες του νησιού Χαβάη, Γλυφάδα, Καστράκι, Αγιασσό κάποιες εκ των οποίων έχουν οργανωμένα σημεία, η κοντινότερη παραλία απέχει μόνο 200 μέτρα. Το σπίτι έχει απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο αλλά και στο γνωστό δάσος των κέδρων του Αλυκού με τους αμμόλοφους. Η περιοχή ενδείκνυται για θαλάσσια σπορ, πεζοπορία, ποδήλατο και ξεκούραση.
