The room, fully equipped, has 50 square meters distributed into a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious terrace. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. It is an exterior space with a carefully designed interior, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. Additionally, there is a patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy the city’s climate. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., as well as a washing machine in the bathroom). The bedroom, with large wardrobes, has a double bed measuring 150x190 cm. There is a separate, fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features another double bed of the same size. The apartment also includes an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, etc., and is provided with bed linen and towels. It is located on the ground floor of a brand-new building. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. It is an apartment equipped with high quality finishes and decorated in a fresh, natural and contemporary style that combines light tones, wood and simplicity of lines. It is a flat with all exterior rooms and lots of light. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Both bedrooms are double and have fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, thus generating an incredible feeling of spaciousness and light, and has a large and comfortable double sofa bed that allows for a more flexible distribution in the use of beds by the occupants.

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious lounge with a sofa bed (bed is 1.60 - 2:00 meters), dining room, very spacious kitchen with all amenities for cooking such as hob, oven and microwave. Next to the entrance is a toilet room. If you go down the stairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.The shower room is next to the bedrooms. Be aware the building has no elevator. You will love my place because it is a charming, luxurious and authentic house in a great historical location. The whole historical center is within walking distance.
