Apartment in 1st line of very bright sea with swimming pool, parking and community garden. Great terrace with ocean views. Fully renovated and equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and hallway of the rooms. Located on the same waterfront. Basic amenities in the vicinity. The port of Cambrils can be reached by the pedestrian promenade (3 km). It does not have an elevator. In summer, we generally do not accept stays of less than 4 nights (please check before making a booking request).

Hello :) Do you like bright, quiet and comfortable houses? With sea views? Good, then keep reading. Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
