The most gorgeous piece of land on PEI. (okay im biased - plus I grew up a few minutes up the road). As a young family we love spending the summer camping and sharing our space to help us spend more time with our daughter. Blessed not only by the views, but also the serenity of the rolling fields. Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
