It is 9 kilometres from Sparta and 1 kilometre from the entrance to the Byzantine castle of Mystras. It has an open plan living room and kitchen, with all the equipment for cooking. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The view from the balconies is amazing to the castle of Mystra and Sparta. Near the house there are shops for coffee and food. The fireplace is purely decorative and not functional, so it cannot be used by guests. Please note that the fireplace is not provided by the property.

This traditional house of about 200 years is located in the village of Poliani in Messinia at a height of 680 meters in the embrace of Taygetos.
