A one km from the Catania and Messina located in a ideally located for visiting the tourist centers and archaeological sites of eastern Sicily, Etna, Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, Acireale, Acitrezza, the Aeolian Islands and many other places turistiche.La house recently decorated in a rustic and comfortable with 5 seats bed, with a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed plus extra bed on request, and a bathroom with shower.Guests lovers by the sea can easily reach by just two km with different types of spiage.Nella our house holiday will have the chance to enjoy the silence, tranquility and relatively cool summer evenings to enjoy strawberries, peaches and vegetables of the season that the owner puts at guests' disposal. Casa Teo is a large and airy space overlooking a sunny and well-equipped garden. It enjoys a sea view as far as the eye can see, directly on the Riviera of the Cyclops. The decor is essential and elegant, simple but functional, with attention to every detail. The apartment, almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s: - the dining/living area opens directly onto the garden and is equipped for every need - The double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -an additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. The parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano seafront of AciCastello, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You can walk to the center of Acitrezza in a few minutes.

The villa is located at the foot of Mount Etna, but also a few km from the sea, Taormina and Giargini Naxos. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). The location is very strategic, due to its proximity to many tourist resorts. You will find yourself just 6 km from the beaches of Fiumefreddo, 20 km from Taormina, 20 km from the Alcantara Gorges, 5 km from Linguaglossa where there are ski resorts and 40 km from Catania.

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.
