Outside you also have access to a pool, seating area with a gas fire pit 5 people max may stay Electric queen air mattress is located in the ottoman in case a 2nd bed is needed along with extra sheets and blanket

A very large common room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms - plus 2 balconies and a kitchenette with a loaded fridge! Sleeps up to 14 people with 3 sleeper sofas and extra mattresses available. Great for group retreats and family gatherings, perfectly located between Disneyland & Universal Studios.

You get 2000 sq/ft and a beautiful 1/4 acre yard and patio to yourself. No gatherings are permitted. We only allow 6 overnight guests and no more than 8 people on the property at once regardless of age.
