Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.

South Eifel Spangdahlem

Diese Wohnung bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern die Möglichkeit für eine ganze Familie die Gegend zu erkunden. Eifelpark Gondorf ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Vulkaneifel Trier Mosel Dino-Park und vieles mehr Wir haben das Haus erst vor kurzem erworben und arbeiten noch daran. Daher diese nüchternen Fotos, doch je je nach Arbeitsfortschritten, werde ich die Fotos ändern. Die Ausenbeiche werden allerdings erst im Frühjahr bearbeitet .

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace.
