Two identical king en-suite bedrooms, & a loft with 6 extra long twin beds which could also be rearranged to make 3 kings. A half bath on the main floor. Minimum age to rent is 18. No pets. A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival.
